Silent Auction Data Entry Team (7 people)
Enter data from donation forms into the AuctionPay system (web based and easy to use!) and assist with on-site data entry on the night of the Auction.
This can be done anywhere, day or night, on any computer (PC or Mac) and you can volunteer for as many hours/week as you can spare. Begins in January and continues through until the day of the auction.

Silent Auction Marketing Writers (10 people)
We need writers to research and summarize the donations with fabulous descriptions to entice bidders. Excellence in written communication & attention to detail are a must. This can be done anywhere, day or night, on any computer (PC or Mac) and you can volunteer for as many hours/week as you can spare. Begins in mid January and continues through until the day of the auction.

Merchandising Committee (15 people)
Get creative! Set out bid sheets as you decide how and where items will be displayed. Work will occur the day before and the day of the Auction.

Ticket Sales Team (5 people)
Sell admission and Teacher Raffle tickets outside of school for 10 days prior to the Auction at drop-off and pick-up and during Parent/Teacher conferences, as well as at the door on the night of the Auction. Volunteer for as many hours/week as you can spare. Begins early/mid-March up until the night of the Auction.

Food & Beverage Committee (10 people)
Run errands and pick up food and beverage the day before/day of the Auction. Help to set up food and bars; maintain the tables during the Auction to keep them fresh and clean, and help to change out hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Work will occur the day before, the day of, and the night of the Auction.

Decorations/Set-Up Committee (15 people)
Help turn the school into Club 234! Help decorate, set up tables, run errands as necessary. Volunteers needed the afternoon/evening before and the day-of the event.

Set Up (at least 40 people!)
Set up is both the night before and the day of the auction.  Some of the work requires heavy lifting. Other work requires creative talents in helping display merchandise! We will also need a small team of people who can get their cars out and go pick up food and wine.
